We will beat any airline or web airfare quote or you fly free
Applies to genuine quotes from airlines and Australian registered businesses and websites for travel that originates/departs from Australia. Quote must be in writing and must be presented to us prior to booking. Fare must be available and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us.
Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. Must be for same dates and flight class. We will beat price by $1.00 and give you a $20 voucher.

When it comes to airfares, we are so sure we will not be beaten on price that if you happen to find a cheaper available airline or web airfare quote and we don't beat it, we will fly you to your destination for free.
How can I Fly Free?
Flight Centre's Low Price Promise has not changed.
As long as the same product is available, Flight Centre will BEAT any genuine written quote by $1 and also issue you with a $20 voucher which can be redeemed for future travel booked in any Flight Centre store.
Our Low Price Promise applies to any product we sell, including:
- Airfares - domestic and international
- Accommodation
- Cruises
- Rail
- Tours
- Travel insurance; and
- Car hire
How to take advantage of our Low Price Promise.
Step 1: Bring us a written quote prior to booking
Your quote must be in writing and must relate to standard fares and travel products available to the general public. Your genuine written quote must be presented to us prior to booking. Travel must originate in/depart from Australia.
You can provide written quotes from:
- Other Australian travel agencies
- Airlines
- Australian-registered websites
- Tour operators; and
- Insurance companies
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
Your consultant will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by $1 and issue you with a $20 voucher which can be redeemed for future travel booked in any Flight Centre store. * Terms and conditions apply to voucher. You will be required to book your flight at the time of Price Beat quote, pay a deposit or in full and normal change and cancellation conditions will apply. If the same quoted product is not available, we will endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements.

When it comes to airfares, if we don't honour our Low Price Promise, you Fly Free!
If our Low Price Promise requires us to beat your airfare quote and we don't then you Fly Free.
Your consultant will do everything they can to book your airfare at the price you have been quoted. If the Low Price Promise criteria are met we will beat that price by $1 and issue you with a $20 voucher. If the Low Price Promise criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge.
