Who do I call about
an existing reservation with Accor Vacation Club Cruise & Travel?
If you have an existing reservation with
Accor Vacation Club Cruise and Travel, your enquiry will continue to
be processed by the former cruise & travel provider, Our Vacation
Centre. Telephone: (AU) 1300 558433, (NZ) 0800 558433.
Does Accor Vacation
Club Cruise & Travel still exist?
Accor Vacation Club had an agreement
with Our Vacation Centre to provide cruise & travel services under
the banner of Accor Vacation Club Cruise & Travel.
Our Vacation Centre (licence # 3008099)
is still registered business and will still be managing your existing
reservations however; they will no longer be trading under the banner
Accor Vacation Club Cruise & Travel.
As a Holiday Club, we understand the
increasing needs of today's holiday makers. We believe that our Members
deserve the best possible service, advice and understanding, when it
comes to planning your holidays. As one of Australia's leading
travel providers, Flight Centre is committed to passing their fantastic
benefits to Accor Vacation Club Members as well as providing regular
exclusive Member only offers.
What benefits does
Flight Centre offer Members?
As a
Premiere Plus Member, you will receive all of the travel benefits that
Flight Centre offers. In addition to these benefits, Members will
receive regular exclusive Member only travel offers and benefits, including
a dedicated Accor Vacation Club Member retail office located in Spring
Hill, experienced consultants who value you as a Member and understand
the Accor Vacation Club.
Are the Member only offers available
at any Flight Centre office?
No. Member exclusive offers are available
ONLY through the Spring Hill, Queensland office or via the Member dedicated
phone and email address.
Can I make enquiries/bookings
through my local Flight Centre office?
You are welcome to make regular enquiries
through any Flight Centre office, however, Member only offers can only
be redeemed through your dedicated Spring Hill office.
Is anyone able to use
Accor Vacation Club Travel by Flight Centre?
No. Only Accor Vacation Club Premiere
Plus Members have access to Accor Vacation Club Travel by Flight Centre.
Members that have purchased a secondary
Membership are not entitled to the benefits of Accor Vacation Club Travel
by Flight Centre.
Can I make reservations
for my family and friends?
Yes. Provided your family/friends
are travelling with you.
Are Members able to
use their Première Points for bookings through Accor Vacation Club
Travel by Flight Centre?
No. Premiere Points can only be
used when booking an Accor Vacation Club Property through our Reservations
Centre or booking an exchange through Interval International.
Should you have an existing reservation
at a Club Property or via Interval International, the team at Accor
Vacation Club Travel by Flight Centre will be happy to assist you with
any additional travel requirements.

Travel by Flight Centre a licensed travel agency?
Flight Centre and Accor Vacation Club
have a business registered as Flight Centre Limited trading as Accor
Vacation Club Travel by Flight Centre. ABN: 25 003 377 188 Travel

What is the
Lowest Airfare Guarantee?
We will beat any airfare quote or
you fly free^
^Applies to genuine quotes
from airlines and Australian registered businesses and websites for travel
that originates/departs from Australia. Quote must be in writing and
must be presented to us prior to booking. Fare must be available and able
to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us. Fares available
due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a
closed group are excluded. Must be for same dates and flight class. We
will beat price by $1.00 and give you a $20 voucher. For full terms
